Nikzad (Merrill), Ph.D. earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University. She completed her Pre-Doctoral Internship at Stanford Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center at Stanford University Medical Center in Palo Alto, California. She completed her Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the Chronic Pain Management Clinic at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in San Francisco, California. She has conducted psychological evaluations in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and private practice for the past 25 years.
